We offer different living spaces designed to adapt to every pace of stay. In Bordeaux, you will find boutique hotels as well as tourist apartments. In Paris, we offer three shared habitats within the same building. Each place is designed as a living space in its own right, where you don't just stay, but live full experiences.

Our human-sized boutique hotels offer an intimate setting with personalized service. Our apartments allow for stays with several people. They feature bedrooms with private bathrooms and shared spaces, offering a balance between privacy and collective life. Shared habitats are designed for longer stays, with a real community dimension, included services, and a turnkey installation.

Our apartments are located in Bordeaux, in the Chartrons district, known for its village atmosphere, historic streets, and proximity to the Garonne quays. Two hotels will open soon, also in Bordeaux, in the center, to complete our first locations. Our shared habitats will open in Paris, in the heart of the Latin Quarter, a central environment where everything can be done on foot, between the Seine and the major universities.

Our places are for those who are looking for more than just accommodation. Travelers, young professionals, digital nomads, people on the move, students, or expatriates: everyone can find a setting adapted to their pace. Whether you come for a few days or for several months, the idea remains the same: to feel good from the moment you arrive.
